Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Phillip’s responsibilities include leading the Sales Team from project development through operational implementation, and continuing through to relationship management. Phillip and his team focus on identifying long-term partners, and then establishing and maintaining those long-term relationships through the optimal delivery of safety, quality, dependability, productivity and training—the five core principles of PPM's success.
Phillip brings over 29 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience within the industrial maintenance, specialty services, and industrial construction support services sectors.
Phillip attended Auburn University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial operations management with an industrial engineering focus on productivity (time and motion), plant layout, and inventory control.
The Personal Side
Phillip and his wife, Terry, have three grown children—Parker, Sean, and Chase. In his free time, Phillip enjoys tennis, fly-fishing, and growing hops for commercial brewers.
